Description

UASp sequences are fused upstream of EGFP. mir-ban pre-miRNA hairpin sequence, with a mutation in the mir-ban miRNA seed sequence (the corresponding nucleotide that faces the mutated miRNA seed nucleotide has also been mutated, to preserve pre-miRNA secondary structure), has been inserted in the 3' UTR.
