dally sequence has been re-integrated into the attP site in TI{TI}dallyKO, reconstituting a dally transcription unit that encodes a protein lacking all heparan sulfate proteoglycan (HS) chain attachment sites (carries amino acid replacements S549A, S569A, S573A and S597A) and with a YFP tag inserted after residue Lys 90.
