Description

Recombination between the two progenitor insertions (PBac{WH}Ptp4Ef02952 and PBac{WH}f06356) has resulted in deletion of the sequence between them. The deletion removes the four most distal enhancers (DG2, DG3, Z and A) of the svb regulatory region.
