Description

Genomic clone (Pacman CH321-64E24) that includes the cis-regulatory region, first exon and part of the first intron of the 'shavenbaby' (svb) isoform of ovo. Sequence encoding DsRed(T4) and a nuclear localization signal has been inserted at the start of the svb coding sequence (within the first exon).
