Description

UASt sequences regulate expression of a phosphomimetic variant (EE) of the Clover-based 'JNK-KTR' kinase translocation reporter of JNK activity. The phosphomimetic mutations result in the JNK-KTR[EE] protein being restricted to the cytoplasm, regardless of endogenous JNK activity levels.
