Description

A single in-frame KDRT site, followed by a GS linker and a 'smV5' tag (10 copies of Tag:V5 inserted into the backbone of a fluorescence dead GFP) has been inserted into the endogenous Rdl locus in the cytoplasmic loop between the third (M3) and fourth (M4) transmembrane domains. The tagged exon is common to all annotated Rdl isoforms.
