Description

The native bcd regulatory region drives expression of EGFP that is tagged at the C-terminal end with Tag:NLS(SV40-largeT) (this sequence is followed by a STOP codon). bcd 5' and 3' UTRs are present. bcd coding sequence is present downstream of the Tag:NLS(SV40-largeT) signal, but the STOP codon that follows Tag:NLS(SV40-largeT) is designed prevent translation of this bcd coding sequence.
