Description

UASt sequences regulate expression of a chimeric protein that consists of the Lam head-rod (HR) domain (amino acids 1-427) fused via a two residue linker to the LamC tail (T) domain (amino acids 430-621). The coding sequence is tagged at the N-terminal end with Tag:HA.
