Description

UASt sequences regulate expression of a chimeric protein that consists of the LamC head-rod (HR) domain (amino acids 1-429) fused via a two residue linker to the Lam tail (T) domain (amino acids 428-622). The coding sequence is tagged at the N-terminal end with Tag:HA.
