Description

UASt sequences regulate expression of a chimeric protein in which the dpr10 Ig domains have been replaced with the last two Ig domains of Hsap\CD4. (this protein contains amino acids 252-362 of dpr10). The coding sequence is tagged at the N-terminal end with the Tag:SS(hCD8a) signal peptide and with Tag:V5.
