Description

5xQUAS sequences regulate expression a dicistronic transcript that encodes two open reading frames separated by a 2A linker (this results in separate translation of each protein). The first ORF encodes jRCaMP1b tagged with a nuclear export sequence. The second ORF encodes EGFP tagged with a nuclear localization signal.
