Description

A heat shock promoter drives expression of the 5' UTR of Hsp70, CCCCAAC of the 5' UTR of GstD1, the N-terminal 170 amino acids of GstD2 fused to the C-terminal 45 amino acids of GstD1 and tagged at the C-terminal end with Tag:FLAG. The 3'UTR of GstD2 and the 3' UTR of Act5C are present downstream of the coding sequence.
