Description

A 13.2kb genomic fragment that encompasses per. A Tag:HA tag followed by a stretch of 10 His residues have been inserted just upstream of the per stop codon. The sequence encoding amino acids 15-21 and 43-316 has been codon optimized; the codon-optimized region includes the N-terminal disordered region and part of the PAS A domain.
