Description

The FRT cassette containing Tag:CAAX(Unk)-tagged mCherry has been excised, allowing expression of the brk coding sequence under the control of its own regulatory sequence. A multi-tag cassette composed of 3xTag:V5 and Tag:polyHis is present at the C-terminal end of the brk coding sequence.
