    Part of the 3' end of the fog coding sequence has been deleted. A sequence cassette encoding 24 Tag:MS2 stem loops and a Disc\RFPDsRed(T1).3xP3.cHa marker flanked by loxP sites has been inserted in place of the deleted sequence.
