Description

UAS sequences (from Valium22) regulate expression of an shRNA designed to target the circularization junction of the circRpL22(NE,3S) circular RNA that is produced as a circular stable intronic sequence RNA (sisRNA) from the RpL22 locus. The hairpin contains an inverted repeat of GGAATCACGGGGCTCTGGGCA.
