The RMCE cassette in TI{TI}Atx2ΔRMCE has been replaced with cDNA sequence that encodes the LSm, Lsm-AD and PAM2 domains of Atx2, each connected via flexible linkers. The coding sequence is tagged with SNAP-tag(Unk). This minigene lacks all unstructured region of wild-type Atx2.
