Comment:

The entire tsg transcription unit has been deleted and replaced with a sequence cassette encoding 1. an attP site and 2. a loxP cassette containing a Disc\RFPDsRed(T1).3xP3.cHa marker. The deletion endpoints onthe reference sequence were inferred from the reported homology arms.
