Description

UASp sequences regulate expression of the wild-type SMC3 open reading frame (from the RE14758 cDNA clone), tagged at the C-terminal end with 12xTag:HA. Silent mutations have been introduced into the sequence to render the mRNA resistant to RNAi mediated by P{TRiP.HMS00318}.
