Description

UASt sequences regulate expression of the '2F12' nanobody that is derived from a phage display library of a llama that was immunized with recombinant and pathological forms of the Hsap\MAPT protein (PMID:36099813). The nanobody coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with both Tag:MYC and Tag:polyHis.
