The RMCE cassette of the Mi{MIC}fruMI05459 insertion has been replaced with sequence that encodes the tra2 cDNA, resulting in the expression of tra2 under the control of the fru P1 promoter. A Disc\RFPDsRed.3xP3.cUa marker has also been inserted.
