Description

Four copies of a 24bp sequence that contains a TCGTG binding site (24bp fragment is from the Tl CME-4 sequence) is fused upstream of a minimal Hsp70 promoter followed by sequence encoding the EGFP fluorescent protein, tagged at the C-terminal end with a nuclear localization signal.
