Description

UASp sequences are fused upstream of a chimeric sequence in which the wild-type Upf1 coding sequence (from the LD30316 cDNA clone) is fused to a genomic fragment that encodes the wild-type nanos coding sequence plus 3'UTR. A Tag:HA tag is inserted in between the Upf1 and nanos coding sequences.
