UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of Ubx carrying a YPWM to YAAA substitution and a KELNEQ to VVLIVA substitution; the Ubx homeodomain (HD) has been swapped for that of Abd-B-m carrying mutations at position 50 and 51 of helix 3.
