UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of the 'pexo-Keima' reporter, which can be used to measure pexophagy (autophagy of peroxisomes). The reporter consists of the pH-sensitive mKeima fluorescent protein fused to the Tag:PTS(SKL) peroxisome targeting signal.
