      Expression of Mob2VDRC.cUa under the control of Scer\GAL4elav-C155 results in a neuromuscular junction (NMJ) overgrowth phenotype in third instar larvae (both number of boutons and number of branch points per NMJ are increased compared to wild type). Expression under the control of Scer\GAL4how-24B does not result in a mutant NMJ phenotype.
