Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of mutant Delta in which the N-box of the mib1 binding site is mutated from IKNTWDK to AAAAAAA and the C-box of the mib1 binding site is mutated from KQLNTD to AAAAAA. The coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with Tag:HA.
