Description

Sequence has been inserted into the attP site present in TI{TI}DeltaattP, reconstituting a transcription unit that encodes full-length Delta in which the N-box of the mib1 binding site is mutated from IKNTWDK to AKAAAAK and the C-box of the mib1 binding site is mutated from KQLNTD to KAAAAA. In addition, the Delta coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with Tag:HA.
