Description

Sequence has been inserted into the attP site present in TI{TI}DeltaattP, reconstituting a transcription unit that mutant Delta that lacks most of the intracellular domain; 12 amino acids of the ICD are present so that the protein is still inserted in the plasma membrane. The K residues in the residual ICD sequence have been replaced by R residues. The Delta coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with Tag:HA.
