Description

Sequence has been inserted into an attP inserted in a Delta knock-in allele, reconstituting a transcription unit that encodes full-length Delta in which all K residues of the intracellular domain except residues 683, 688, 742 and 775 have been replaced with R residues. In addition, the Delta coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with Tag:HA.
