Mutated Mad genomic sequence has been inserted into the attP site in TI{TI}MadattP.KO, reconstituting a Mad locus that expresses only the Mad-PB isoform (the start codon of the Mad-RA isoform along with a second nearby downstream ATG have each been mutated to ATC (Ile)).
