The RMCE cassette of the Mi{MIC}beat-IIaMI11485 insertion has been replaced with a FlpTag conditional tagging cassette that is inserted in the same direction as the direction of beat-IIa transcription, so that beat-IIa is constitutively tagged with EGFP.
