Description

Genomic fragment encompassing GluRIIA. GluRIIA intracellular C-terminal domain (CTD) has been replaced with the CTD of GluRIIB and a E783A amino acid replacement has been introduced into the GluRIIA sequence. A GFP tag has been inserted into the GluRIIB CTD.
