Description

UASt sequences regulate expression of a mutated form of Rbf that lacks the pocket domain (residues 376-728 are deleted). The coding sequence is tagged at the N-terminal end with both 2xTag:FLAG and dCas9(D10A.H840A) and at the C-terminal end with 2xTag:FLAG.
