    Description

    The RMCE cassette in TI{CRIMIC.TG4.0}DgattP has been replaced with tagged Dg genomic sequence, reconstituting a Dg locus with a Tag:V5 tag in exon 8 (tags the Dg-C isoform), a 3xTag:FLAG in exon 9 (tags the Dg-A isoform) and an mCherry tag at the C-terminal end (this tag labels all three isoforms).
