DNA has been re-integrated into the attP site in TI{TI}cnoΔΔ, reconstituting a cno locus in which the proximal part of the cno intrinsically disordered region (amino acids 1130-1926) has been replaced by the corresponding region (amino acids 1074-1727) of the orthologous Rnor\Afdn gene. The Rnor\Afdn IDR sequence is flanked on each side by a short peptide linker (PAGG upstream and GTS downstream). The coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with GFP.
