Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of a a fusion protein that is composed of amino acids 1-320 of nod (includes the globular head motor domain), the N-terminal half of the Khc coiled-coil domain (residues 334-606) and lacZ. The expressed protein acts as a reporter for microtubule minus ends.
