Description

The FRT transcriptional stop cassette has been excised, allowing the Hsp70Bb promoter to drive expression of DogCatcher that is tagged at the N-terminal end with the Tag:SS(secrecon) signal peptide (this results in the expressed protein being secreted) and at the C-terminal end (via a flexible 3xGGGGS linker) with 6 copies of moxGFP.
