Description

A transgenic reporter containing the IBIN gene region, in which the IBIN coding sequence has been replaced with EGFP coding sequence. EGFP is thus sandwiched between, and regulated by, 915 bp of genomic DNA upstream and 1,306 bp of genomic DNA downstream of the IBIN CDS.
