Description

The RMCE cassette of the Mi{MIC}dlg1MI06353 insertion has been replaced with a Mi{dFlpTag.smGdP-HA.0} conditional tagging cassette that is inserted in the opposite orientation to the direction of dlg1 transcription. In the absence of FLP, the dlg1 gene is not tagged, but in the presence of FLP recombinase, the cassette is stably inverted, resulting in conditional tagging of the dlg1 gene.
