20xUAS sequences regulate expression of HcKCR1 that is tagged at the N-terminal end with a signal peptide and at the C-terminal end with a cassette that encodes a Kir2.1 plasma membrane trafficking signal, EYFP and a Kir2.1 endoplasmic reticulum export signal (cassette details from PMID:37670155).
