UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of three sgRNAs (TTTCTCCTGGTATCCACTGTAGG, TATTTCCACCATAAGGCACGCGG, TGTAGAACTGCGTTCGCTCTTGG), all of which target the mir-124 pre-miR-124 precursor (one of the sgRNAs targets the mature miRNA).
