Description

UAS sequences regulate expression of 75 repeats of the LPAC tetrapeptide. The coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with Tag:HA. The LPAC tetrapeptide is produced by non-AUG (RAN) translation of the expanded CCTG repeat that is found in the human CNBP gene in myotonic dystrophy type 2; in this transgene each LPAC tetrapeptide is encoded by the nucleotide sequence TTGCCAGCTTGT, a codon-optimized sequence.
