Neurotransmitter was assessed by the labelling of TH-GAL4 driver (FBti0072936) and the expression of dopamine transporter (DAT) (FBgn0034136) and the vesicular monoamine transporter (Vmat) (FBgn0260964) (Wheeler et al., 2006).
