In a split-GAL4 system, ScerGAL4DBD.R17C11 drives expression in mushroom body output neuron 7 when combined with HsapRELAAD.R52G04.
In a split-GAL4 system, HsapRELAAD.R52G04 drives expression in 1-3 medulla columnar neuron VPN-MB2 as well as mushroom body output neuron 7 when combined with ScerGAL4DBD.R49F03 and in mushroom body output neuron 7 when combined with ScerGAL4DBD.R17C11. Expression overlaps with that driven by EcollexAGMR13F02 in the Kenyon cells. Positive GRASP (GFP reconstitution across synaptic partners) signals were seen between medulla columnar neuron VPN-MB2 and gamma dorsal Kenyon cells using these split-GAL4 drivers and AvicGFPspGFP11.Mef2.mb247.T:HsapCD4.
