The Ras-related GTP binding proteins (RAGs) are small GTPases often classed as members of the Ras superfamily. RAGs function as heterodimeric complexes. The RAG complex is involved in the regulation of cell growth and autophagy in response to amino acid levels via the mTORC1 pathway. (Adapted from FBrf0220456 and FBrf0206857.)
