Description
Description
The Pasiflora protein family are a subgroup of the tetraspan superfamily, sharing the characteristic topology - four transmembrane domains and intracellular N- and C-termini. (Adapted from FBrf0229485).
Notes on Group

Although the protein topology of pasiflora proteins resembles that of claudins, they show no sequence similarity to this or other tetraspan families (FBrf0229485).
