Description
Description
GARP is a tethering complex, which is found on the Golgi and involved in retrograde traffic from endosomes. The retrieval function of GARP is essential and required for recycling receptors for vacuolar/lysosomal hydrolase precursors, transmembrane proteins and SNARE (soluble N-ethylmaleimide-sensitive factor-attachment protein receptor) proteins. (Adapted from FBrf0229373 and FBrf0226902).
