The Enok complex (Enok-C) is an histone lysine acetyltransferase 6 (KAT6) complex. The Enok-C preferentially acetylates histone H3 residues. KAT6 complexes are highly conserved in eukaryotes and are involved in cell cycle regulation. (Adapted from FBrf0232456).
