Description
Description
The SANT-MYB domain proteins are transcription regulators defined by the presence of Myb and SANT domains. Although the Myb and SANT domain are structurally similar, Myb domain is involved in sequence-specific DNA binding while SANT domain is involved in protein-protein interactions. (Adapted from PMID:15040448).
Notes on Group

The SANT domain name refers to four of the first members identified with this motif: Swi3, Ada2, N-CoR, TFIIIB (PMID:15040448).
